Through compassionate guidance, I work with clients to cultivate fulfilling lives that align with their values, build healthy and satisfying relationships, and enhance their emotional well-being.
I specialise in working with adolescents and adults.
I am an experienced Registered Psychologist with a degree from the University of Western Australia and postgraduate qualifications in Child, Youth, and Family Counselling. My recent research on emotional regulation was published in the peer-reviewed journal The Australian Psychologist.
With a strong foundation in academic research and clinical practice, my experience spans private practice and government-funded therapeutic and educational settings.
